Bonac Corporation (“Bonac”; HQ: Kurume City, Fukuoka; CEO: Hirotake Hayashi) has announced the appointment of Philippe Fauchet as a non-executive director as of May 14^th, 2019.

 

Fauchet’s extended experience within the industry, including his recent role as the chairman of GlaxoSmithKline K.K., will be a valuable contributor to Bonac’s growth going forward.

 

Hirotake Hayashi commented on the significance of this appointment. “I am very pleased to welcome Philippe to the Board to support us through the Company’s next phase of growth. He brings an extremely valuable set of experience and knowledge to Bonac and we are excited to have him on the team.”
