Bonac Corporation (“Bonac”; HQ: Kurume City, Fukuoka; CEO: Hirotake Hayashi) has announced on February 13^th, we paid a courtesy visit to the Governor of Fukuoka Prefecture to report on the status of research and development with Sumitomo Chemical, Toray Industries, and FUJIFILM Corporation, with whom we have business and capital tie-ups, and to express our gratitude for the support of Fukuoka Prefecture. The Mayor of Kurume City was also present during the visit.

Governor Ogawa said, "I am very happy to see that Bonac Nucleic Acid, which was originally developed by Bonac, is now attracting attention from companies around the world. I hope that treatment using Bonac Nucleic Acid will become available to help people around the world as soon as possible.
