Bonac Corporation (“Bonac”; HQ: Kurume City, Fukuoka; CEO: Hirotake Hayashi) and Sumitomo Chemical Company, Limited ("Sumitomo Chemical") announce they have agreed that Sumitomo Chemical subscribed for shares issued by Bonac through a third-party allotment and have completed the investment.

 

Bonac will continue to promote research and development so that our nucleic acid chemistry technology will become a bridge to drug discovery.
